“Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Our room was a great size with a bathroom that had a deep bath and a walk in shower. It was all very clean. There was air conditioning in the room that had to work hard as it was nearly 30° and it it did a great job! There were plenty of spaces in the car park although there was a parking charge. Took us about 10 nins to walk into the main area of Chester. We didn't eat in the hotel so unable to comment on the food although we noticed the dining room looked...

“Room was great for four of us after a day at the zoo and before a city visit the next day. Good walkable location. A small issue getting access but sorted by the host on the phone. Beware: there is NO parking at the property- I booked as it was a highlighted feature but there is no parking here. We were given advice by the host to park across the road in the Delamere car park which was fine (£9.50- arrived 8pm left next day at 2pm) but just an error on Expedia. Found the room quiet and warm....

“The bed was very uncomfortable!!! It dipped in the middle so it was quite difficult to lie flat. The balcony only had one seat on it but, as we couldn’t get the door open anyway, that wasn’t a problem. I didn’t take a shower cap with me as I expected the hotel to provide a selection of toiletries. It didn’t. The shower head was a bit loose and out of my reach and, at one point, it was actually pointing at the wall with most of the water running down the wall. We definitely would not return and...

“Nonostante la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff la camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva problemi allo scarico del wc ed il tappo della doccia ha bloccato lo scarico dell’acqua. Malgrado la segnalazione e l’intervento dei ragazzi i problemi sono rimasti. Fortunatamente abbiamo dormito una notte soltanto. L’albergo merita molto. Bello l’arredamento, pulito. A 15min dalla stazione ed in centro. Dovrebbero concentrarsi un po’ più sulla manutenzione. Comunque lo consiglio, magari il problema è...
