Hotel vicino a Didcot Wave Leisure Pool - Didcot

“Great place to relax”

“Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed.”

“All excellent”

“Plenty of parking, friendly staff, Very clean. Limited menu but excellent quality. Let down by peeling paintwork on exterior giving a neglected appearance. Would benefit from a fridge in the bedroom”

“We had a lovely meal in the restaurant but unfortunately the stay was less impressive. Having booked a room for 3 it was set up for 2 with just 2 towels, 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 1 tea bag. At breakfast we waited 50 minutes for our cooked breakfast with no apology or explanation. When it finally arrived we asked if we could have some toast with it only to be told that they do not do toast with the English Breakfast! The tea was lukewarm and had to be returned and the 'fresh' orange juice was...

“Room clean with comfortable bed and nice bedding. Lovely waiter in the restaurant from South Africa. Breakfast nice with order service for poached/fried eggs. Plenty choice at bar.”

“Very happy with everything”

“Right next to the river and the restaurant, which is a very well run and picturesque restaurant. Fantastic breakfast, we dined right on the river. Something to watch out for though is if you’re an arachnophobe, you may have some issues. Being close to the river, the rooms can attract rather large spiders. Other than that, it’s amazing! I highly recommend it.”

“ci siamo trovati benissimo. camera confortevole, posizione silenziosa, piscina piacevole. due piccole cose negative: armadio molto piccolo, la moquette della stanza non è stata aspirata quando sono entrati per pulire durante il soggiorno”

“Stanza pulita e super curata, parcheggio disponibile a 4£ e colazione molto buona, poche opzioni senza glutine”

“The property is new and well kept, the room is comfortable, the room cleaning was not as expected, once it was not cleaned at all, ”

“The little touches here were the best feature, a fresh cookie made for you and left in your room each day, complimentary fruit n drinks outside of the rooms, very impressive”

“One of the most unique and amazing places we've ever stayed. The property is beautiful, the restaurant was amazing and our room was stunning. We only stayed 1 night, but would have loved to have stayed longer. We can't wait to return”

“Bella struttura in location molto suggestiva Personale cordiale e colazione di qualità ”

“Beautiful 18th Century pub in quiet village location. Taken to room, lovely decor, big bed, bathroom was a little tired. Shower had no hot water when I tried at 4.30pm, thankfully had some the following morning. Had a wonderful night sleep, a shame some kind of breakfast is not included in the price. Welcoming staff and lovely locals. Would I stay again, yes. ”
