“Room was clean and modern. Helpful and polite staff. Like the fact that the hotel is located near some business complex, less crowded yet less than 8 minutes walk to the station. Will definitely come back on my next trip. ”

“Overall, the property was perfect. I would consider Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai a more upscale Japanese business hotel. Room was clean and modern with a good selection of amenities. It's just a short walk from Sendai Station and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. “Right in a shopping area, so the gf was happy. Easy to get to and access to plenty of things. Room was nice, but could've had better pillows. TV allowed for me to login to Netflix and YouTube accounts for watching stuff when winding down which was a plus. Amenities like razor blades, toothbrush, etc were free. Would stay here again.”
