“Camera bella e silenziosa in un contesto tranquillo. La tende non oscurano la camera che, dando sul parcheggio illuminato venina illuminata a sua volta redendo difficoltoso prendere sonno. La colazione è carente di dolce e non servono il cappuccino”

“The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired. We would be happy to stay again.”

“The hotel lobby and the room I stayed in had been recently refurbished. Other areas of the building were tired and not to the same standard. The tap water in the room ran yellow for a while and the shower didn't drain. The hotel is under refurbishment so hopefully when it's complete the experience will be consistent throughout. On a whole, it was good value for money but not as modern/fancy as the pictures portray.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Sam, who seemed to be everywhere, and the hotel grounds were picturesque and well kept. The food at the wedding we attended was excellent. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the shower worked well and was a good temperature. Our only slight issue was the shower screen, which was not fully watertight, resulting in water on the floor in the bathroom, which needed hand towels to mop up the excess water, We enjoyed our stay.”

“😄spacious room, king bed, quality carpet and good breakfast. 🙁No fire plan, no safe, no room info or QR code-gave up trying to get the TV to work and no one on reception to ask.No housekeeping visit at all was odd? Bathroom needs deep clean of tiles, taps or preferably refurbished as bath chipped and holes in tiles from previous fittings very poorly filled. Paint chips on the furniture. There were lots of local events on the weekend I visited (22nd May-24th May) and hotels all appeared to...

“Lovely place, with parking and very central. Would definitely stay there again. A listed building, so no lift yet.”

“Stayed the night due to a friends birthday event, instructions clear and precise, room was lovely with plenty of tea, coffee and various glasses. Would definitely recommend.”

“This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.”

“Had to call the manager to get keycodes to get into rooms. Why wasnt this sent in a separate message ??? Front door on second day had a broken lock so was left open with no front desk. Bed was well used, too soft. Electric shower was OK, but who has these now, should be mains fed. Room was eclectic Parisian theme....if the bed was more comfortable would come back (maybe) , but property as a whole felt like an HMO. and access to it was from the rear , not easy to find.”
