Hotel itself is excellent as a place to stay. Rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfortable.
Front desk leaves a bit to be desired in terms of friendliness and ability to give information. I wasn’t made aware that there was a parking garage available for any guest to use. I wasn’t told that my room key would give me access. I was informed that there was a $15 dollar a night parking fee after I was asked if I was going to park at the hotel.
Where else would I park?! I’m staying at your hotel! For the price paid for the room, I would think parking on the premises would be included Ya know, the same way it works at any other hotel in the country.
So yeah, I guess if you get the right person to check you in that explains how the hotel works, you’ll have a great time. Just watch how they slip in the $15 parking fee right at the end. It’s actually a little amusing.
