Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift) in a quiet and secure block of flats, it can accommodate up to 5 guests.

The flat combines modern comfort with tasteful décor. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide you with a warm, functional and pleasant place to stay. It is equipped with fibre-optic broadband offering very fast internet speeds, making it ideal for remote working.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features beautiful, high-quality crockery.
The carefully chosen furniture and décor create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing holiday or a short break in Dinard.

It enjoys an exceptional location, right in the centre of Dinard, just 80 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants… The Place des Halles, home to Dinard’s wonderful market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The property is laid out as follows:

On the first floor:

A very light and airy 28 m² living-dining room opening onto the kitchen, offering unobstructed sea views as well as views over the historic rooftops of Dinard:

– At the entrance, a separate toilet
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and a combined washer-dryer located in the cupboard.
- A kitchen opening onto the living-dining room, fully fitted and equipped, including: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, a conventional oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, an induction hob (3 rings) with an extractor hood. A wide range of kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as a lovely set of crockery.
- The living room features a sofa that seats three guests, as well as a leather armchair and a footstool. Samsung smart TV (you can access streaming platforms by logging in with your personal accounts). International news channels available free of charge.

Upstairs:

- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x200). This bedroom offers a superb view of the Pointe de la Malouine, as well as the famous “Les Roches Brunes” villa, Cézembre Island and an unobstructed sea view.
For stays with 5 guests, the bedroom also features a pull-out bed located under the double bed, which can be used as an extra bed to comfortably accommodate a fifth person.
- Bedroom 2: featuring a double bed (140 x 200), a 30 cm-thick mattress, a row of storage units and a trunk at the foot of the bed, plus a desk area. Side sea view: Pointe de la Malouine and Île Cézembre.
Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.

If you are travelling with a young child, you can make use of the equipment provided: a fold-away bath, a high chair and a travel cot (without a foam mattress).

L’Horizon Cézembre is situated right in the heart of Dinard. You can explore the seaside town without having to use your car. The famous Écluse beach and the Barrière casino are less than 80 metres away. You can access the Clair de Lune walk (GR 34) directly from L’Écluse beach.

The market halls are 500 metres away. Dinard market is one of the largest and most renowned in the region. The market halls are open all year round in the mornings, and the market takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

You can enjoy a wide range of activities during your stay: water sports, walks along the GR 34, strolling through the narrow streets, marvelling at the art galleries, and enjoying the “Dinard Golf Club” – although actually situated in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer – which is one of the most beautiful golf courses in France, less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Transport:

If you choose to come by car, the accommodation does not have private parking. The nearest underground car park is: Maréchal-Leclerc (200 metres). The town of Dinard offers parking passes; you can find all the information on the town’s website.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:

- Nearest railway station: 13 km away in Saint-Malo (20 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: 80 km from Rennes (1 hour by car)
- Saint-Malo: you can travel there by boat directly from the quay in Dinard.

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.

The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
- There are three flights of stairs to climb to reach the accommodation, with no lift. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
