The flat is on the second floor of a quiet, secure residential block (the lift goes up to this floor, but the final stretch involves a half-flight of stairs). Situated less than a 10-minute walk from Prieuré Beach and 400 m from Dinard’s famous market, the flat comprises a bright 22 m² living area opening onto a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge with a sofa bed, a bedroom, and a separate shower room and toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 22m² living area with a fitted kitchen (including: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer (3 drawers), a two-ring ceramic hob + additional electric hob, a dishwasher, a conventional oven and a microwave).
- A lounge with a sofa bed and a proper mattress (160 x 190), roller blinds for the night, as well as a dining area with a table seating up to 4 guests.

- The property is situated on the edge of Newquay’s vibrant neighbourhoods: Les Halles and Le Prieuré (a stone’s throw from the seafront).
- Kerbleuven is less than 10 minutes from Le Prieuré beach (which offers the most beautiful view of Saint-Malo) and Port-Breton Park.
- The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is a 4-minute walk away.
- Kerbleuven’s location offers quick access to the main roads leading to must-see tourist attractions (the Rance Dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel, as well as neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac and Lancieux …)

If you choose to come by car, the flat does not have a private parking space. You will find free parking spaces in the streets near the property.
