Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a beautiful Dinard villa, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The flat is laid out as follows:

If you choose to come by car, the accommodation does not have private parking. There are free parking spaces in the surrounding streets, but we cannot guarantee their availability. The town of Dinard offers parking passes. The nearest underground car park is the Maréchal Leclerc car park (a 200-metre walk).
