Eager to discover the magnificent city of Dinard while enjoying the calm and comfort of a modern house? Come stay in this charming 80m² house, located just 400 meters from Dinard's covered market and offering a pleasant view of an enclosed garden.

As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by a beautiful, bright, and well-arranged living space. The living room, cozy and modern, features a comfortable sofa and a television for your moments of relaxation after a day of exploration. The dining room, for its part, invites you to share good meals with family or friends. The fully equipped open kitchen will satisfy all your culinary desires: induction hobs, refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, multifunction food processor, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious little dishes.
An additional asset of this house: the veranda, a true luminous haven of peace where you can relax or enjoy your meals in complete tranquility.

The house offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a double bed (140x200), while the second, located upstairs, has two single beds (80x190) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). A bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, and toilet completes the upstairs, while a shower room and a separate toilet are located on the ground floor.

Outside, a lovely fenced garden will allow you to enjoy sunny days, with garden furniture for your outdoor meals or relaxation moments. For even more comfort, the house has a washing machine. The house does not have a private parking space, but you can find free parking spots on the street.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce superbe logement. Les photos sont très représentatives de la maison Des petites choses pour nous rendre un séjour agréable sont présentes : café , sucre , huile …. Maison très agréable et très bien conçue. Nous y sommes allés avec mon oncle et ma tante de 89 ans. La chambre et la salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée de la maison leur on permis d’être autonome. Nous étions à l’étage et n’avons rien entendu de leurs vas et viens matinaux . Très agréable location que je recommande fortement
