The house was just as the pictures showed and was spotless. All the lights, appliances, heaters, electronics, etc. worked making our stay effortless to enjoy. We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us.
