“Was it happy with the place at all? They accused me of smoking in their room and I don't smoke. I have not smoked in over 10 years. I have severe COPD. And they charged me $300, and I'm not happy about it. They said it was because I lit a candle. I had no idea I was not allowed to do that. I've been staying, there's many, many years and I have never been told I was not allowed to light a candle.”

“The hotel is old, run down and not maintained, this is a bad part of town. The room was dirty, sun flower seeds on the floor when I arrived, holes in the carpet, couch and cabinets are beat up.”

“I ended here unexpectedly but it is a lovely property. Main concern was a full SUV stuffed with valuables. They had cameras and security. Breakfast is very European. Staff was awesome. Room was... idk... maybe I got the bad room because of the discount. But the walls are a bit thin. The refrigerator while cool with the glass door literally sounds like a person breathing. I heard breathing all night. Tried to unplug it but could not. Would still go back :)”

“The staff is always nice and helpful. The hotel is perfect in all its aspects, the rooftop is definitely worth a visit, the rooms are spacious and well-kept. Will go back for sure!”
