“Overcharged, light next to bed non-functional, some waste in toilet not flushed, room way too small. My receipt was $0.00 extra but when I arrived at home I noticed a $18 charge.ALL I DID WAS TAKE A LOUSY FOAM CUP OF BAD COFFEE”

“Was it happy with the place at all? They accused me of smoking in their room and I don't smoke. I have not smoked in over 10 years. I have severe COPD. And they charged me $300, and I'm not happy about it. They said it was because I lit a candle. I had no idea I was not allowed to do that. I've been staying, there's many, many years and I have never been told I was not allowed to light a candle.”

“Front desk staff Vinit was super kind to help my son who landed 2 hours earlier than us to check in. Breakfast was convenient. My son made me a hot waffle, plus milk/cereal/toast and tea, we really enjoyed a quiet breakfast.”

“The hotel is old, run down and not maintained, this is a bad part of town. The room was dirty, sun flower seeds on the floor when I arrived, holes in the carpet, couch and cabinets are beat up.”
