“Awesome place”

“For some unknown reason, they didn’t have my reservation that I had already booked and paid for. I reserved a room with a king size bed and a pull out sofa since rooms with 2 queen size beds were not available. I was traveling with my adult daughter and luckily we switched rooms with other relatives who were staying at the same hotel attending a funeral The staff first said they could get us the original room but after conversing with one another, they suddenly changed their mind and stated...

“This is one of the best stays I have experienced at any hotel. The property was impeccably clean. Ideal location for shopping and other convenient offerings in the area. The complimentary breakfast was quite the layout.”

“Hotel is old and outdated. Room was dirty and was given soiled linens. There were renovations being done but it was not disclosed at booking. Everything that we experienced during our stay made it uncomfortable.”

“Checking in took about 25 minutes because they couldn't initially find the second room reservation. The breakfast was underwhelming. The shower water was too hot even on the cold setting. Overall still a good place to stay though.”

“When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. “I called before check in and spoke to someone that said we had rooms that were door to door. We checked in and did not and then they lied to my wife about it. The pool was out of commission when we got there but it opened back up after a bit. It should have stayed closed. The water is nasty and the pool area is gross and dirty. Nothing cleaned. Hotel is mid. Wouldn’t stay here again. ”
