“Loved the lodge, love the staff and people working there all super nice. Unfortunately 2 issues for me: 1. Beds were terribme my back is jacked and couldnt stay asleep due to the lack of mattress strength. 2. I messed up and didnt realize that all activities were closed until May. But all in all 4/5”

“Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Great night’s sleep! Breakfast was plentiful and also enjoyed a nice lunch at the bar. Friendly/helpful staff.”

“I was originally staying at Allentown Park Hotel by Red. The room condition was atrocious. I checked out and went down and felt 1000% relieved to check into Staybridge. Immaculately clean room. Friendly staff. Generous and tasty breakfast. Comfortable lounge area. And very, very quiet property. So happy I changed my travel plans. Beyond satisfied with Staybridge IHG West. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“When it comes to a hotel stay I have never felt so unwanted and uncomfortable. Payed my money the entire room and hotel was disgustingly irritable. The entire establishment needs work, more adequate workers with better communication skills, and also a cleaner environment.”
