“Very friendly and caring staff”

“Amazing location for Animal Kingdom and the front staff were kinda. Room was clean and smelled normal, stayed in #168. In response to some of the bad reviews I saw: I encountered 0 bugs (trust me I checked), shower appeared to be clean well, AC worked perfected and made limited noise. They had a fully stocked vending machine with different options you don’t usually see. My only complaint was the TV was dated and slightly fuzzy. Definitely worth the price of staying here though! ”

“We loved everything about this hotel to include the smell! We are very big on hotels that are truly the full package and can honestly say this hotel is top notch!
