Next to the Chinggis Khaan Hotel is the eMart which has everything you need - including a 24-hour laundromat on the 3rd floor. Buon albergo con staff non all’ altezza

"Buona struttura tra le migliori a Ulan Bator. Purtroppo però da un albergo a cinque stelle ci si aspetta un servizio impeccabile che non c’è stato. Anzi, al ristorante aspetti ore, perdono la tua ordinazione non capiscono una parola di inglese e cercano di ignorarti per non affrontare il problema. Alla reception il check-in è stato lento, le chiavi si smagnetizzano ogni 24 ore. Le camere vengono rifatte tardi nel pomeriggio. Nessun aiuto con i bagagli, fanno finta di non vederti."
