“Great place. I was in a two bedroom two bath and it was exceptionally spacious. Washer and dryer available along with dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent. Silverware, glasses and cooking utensils.
People have complained about paying for parking but your vehicle is in a garage out of the sun and its 10 dollars a day.
The gym has enough equipment for a full body workout.
The pool area is beautiful.
My only gripe is the grills were not suitable for use.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Charlotte at the Northlake property. We received a warm greeting from the friendly staff at the check in desk. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free dinner buffet had a large selection of good food, and we were given a ticket for 2 free alcoholic beverages. The staff in the dining area were also friendly and so accommodating. The next morning there was a free breakfast buffet with a great selection of food.

“The hotel was clean and the late night staff was friendly. The daytime front desk staff could not have been any less interested in helping people if they had to be. One was playing on his phone and one was reading a book every time we walked past for two days. A large bus group wiped out the breakfast buffet, and the person replenishing. It only did so one item at a time as something was asked for, and she was clearly aggravated to be asked to do her job. We would not stay at this hotel again,...

“This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator.
AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying.”

“The Internet was down when we first arrived, but the staff were super transparent and kind when they told us that they were unable to check us in. When we were able to check in, everything was seamless and comfortable and the rates weren’t bad either. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area :D”
