“The bed was really uncomfortable, which was a surprise for a PI, as they pride themselves on the bed comfort. The bar was open late which was great. The parking is small, only 17 spots and you pay for this daily. ”

“Lovely meal and night stay after a marathon event, accommodating running a bit late, attentive when we arrived. Gorgeous food both for dinner and breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“Too many notes telling you not to scratch things. It was nothing like as described on website. Spoon holding the window fastener, other windows held together with duck tape. . Felt damp in there so needed heat. Bedding wasn’t Egyptian cotton, bottom sheet was pea green. Tap just dribbled water out of wash basin. Lane and track down to property was terrible, full of holes. We didn’t stay for breakfast or to sleep there.”

“No parking as advertised. Staff were very casual - often sat on their phones on the sofa round the corner from the front desk. There was nowhere to hang the shower hose. It was just loose over the bath. They did fix it once I told them, but I would've expected it to have been addressed before my arrival. The windows were a bit broken and there was pigeon mess all over the sills. The view was very derelict. Overall it was ok for a place to lay my head on a work trip, but there's plenty of...

“Ottimo hotel sopra un pub. Stanza e bagno nuovi e curati nell'arredo. Buona pulizia degli ambienti e buona colazione. Unica pecca non ci è stata rifatta la stanza. Il personale si è limitato solo rimpinguare capsule del caffè e biscotti, ma non sono stati rifatti i letti, pulito il bagno né cambiati gli asciugamani. Ci siamo fermati due notti e non è stato un grande disagio. Solo per questo non assegno il massimo alla pulizia. Il ristorante è buono e adeguato nel prezzo”

“Ci ha colpiti lo Staff… splendido, super gentile! Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in 15 minuti a piedi Parcheggio proprio di fronte all’hotel (a pagamento)”

“The location was fantastic but the check-in process was complicated. The instructions to enter the property were incomplete. You had to hold your hand over the handle for the numbers to appear before you could put a code in.”

“Esperienza poco positiva in quanto nella camera che ci è stata assegnata non funzionava l'impianto di riscaldamento. Non è stato possibile cambiare stanza in quanto l'hotel era al completo, quindi ci è stata fornita una stufetta per riscaldare la stanza. Il personale è stato comunque gentile offrendoci la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della colazione anche se poi non l'abbiamo sfruttata. L'hotel offre il vantaggio di trovarsi in comoda posizione vicino alla stazione.”
