“Frisch renoviertes Hotel nach der Flut. An einigen Stellen sind noch Kabel zu Essen, was aber nicht stört. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Gute Barkarte für den Abend mit normalen Preisen. Kaffee umd Wasser kann mam sich umsonst holen. Frühstück war standardmäßig (Brötchen, Eier, Speck, etwas Wurst/Käse/Salami, Obst, Joghurt). Das Hotel liegt zentral im Dorf.”

“Just good for facilities as no plug socket near mirror for hair dryer and no tea/ coffee making equipment in the room which was in the garden so a good walk to restaurant. Even if this is not usually supplied, perhaps it should be given the location and standard. ”

“Das Hotel war sehr traditionell. Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden bei Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Unsere Fahrräder konnten in einer abgeschlossenen Garage über Nacht abgestellt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und hochwertig. Der Zimmerpreis war inklusive Frühstück absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ”

“Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. The keys are age-old and a bit tricky. But this was not a problem either. We were impressed with the shower that didn't leak outside. There is a restaurant attached and we enjoyed good German food, beer and wine. We were very happy as we wanted to eat local food. The atmosphere was bright but not flamboyant and very...

“Accomodatie was netjes. De hotelkamer mooi en precies als op de foto, voor met z'n 2en prima. Ontbijt is goed, het diner is ok maar nog geen prijswinnaar, zeker niet op prijs-kwaliteit. Heb in Daun bij de Kroaat veel beter gegeten voor minder. Het hotelpersoneel is echter erg sympathiek.”

“La struttura é la nostra preferita per i weekend sul Nordschilefe. Le casette sono ben tenute, pulite, ben riscaldate. Il parcheggio é letteralmente ad un passo dall’ingresso di casa, vicino al circuito e ben posizionati rispetto sia a Nürburg che ad Adenau.”

"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming pool and a quite decent fitness room are available as well. Very nice landscape in the surrounding area with plenty of paths to walk dinner off before it gets dark."

"Hôtel in posizione eccezionale ma abbiamo scelto im periodo sbagliato (fine ottobre), hotel vuoto in un paese fantasma e tutte le attività economiche chiuse, abbiamo mangiato un panino con il würstel nel parcheggio del supermercato. Bisognerebbe tornare in estate. Le camere non corrispondevano alle foto, in po vecchie senza nessun servizio (macchinetta per il caffè e the) ma con un buon materasso e alla fine abbiamo dormito bene."
