“Excellent staff and very hopeful.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The motel property well maintained with multiple bbqs for guest use. Would stay again when in Killam. The staff that checked us in was super friendly and accommodating.”

“Shower did not have a wand, only a spray nozzle high on the wall. Valve to turn on the shower was extremely stiff to turn on. Some of the towels were quite frayed and tired. Beds good and comfortable. Breakfasts mediocre There was not near enough parking for the number of guests, parking needs to be expanded.”

“This was a nice clean room. Air conditioner worked well. Staff was very accommodating. We also ate a meal there was quick to come after we ordered and very friendly staff.”

“The staff wasn’t easy to deal with at all to check in. Took me over a half hour to check in and finally get room keys. I also had two rooms booked under my name and that seemed to be an issue - at first they would only let me check in for the first room not both. I’ve never had trouble checking in at other canaltas or hotels. This canalta was a huge let down and I’ll be trying a different hotel in provost or simply staying in another town close by - these rooms plus the hassle with staff wasn’t...

“TV / Satellite didn’t work. 5 day stay only towels and toilet paper replenished once. Door knob didn’t work. Couldn’t lick easily. Bathroom door difficult to close. No coffee for Kehrig machine. Seriously needs updating”
