“Did not like the weird smell in my room!”

“The staff went out of their way to make sure were were comfortable after having a night of the comode running and a lumpy bed. But the next night and following nights were very comfortable.”

“Love this hotel its a family business. One of the bosses ask us want we would like to for breakfast, the next morning he had bagels delivered. My son loved the pool. Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Its clean with very friendly staff. If you travel to Alabama you wont be disappointed by staying at the Western hotel. Thank You to all the staff.”

“What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.”

“The floor turned my socks black. We stayed there for nearly three weeks prepaid so if we had left we would have lost our money there was microwave the sink leasked fridge did not work asked several times to be moved nothing the final straw was waiting six hours for a roll of toilet paper and low and behold the next morning we were told we had not paid in three days to get out”

“There were roaches in the room. The lock on the room door was broken. I couldn’t even stay there. I decided to sleep in my car”
