“Extremely confusing to check in. This is a short term rental, so it does not have any reception area. No filtered water was provided and there was nowhere in walking distance to buy any water. No soaps in the condo. There was zero communication from the owner. If the cleaning lady didn’t help us out, not sure we would’ve found the place.

“ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!”
