“The manager of the property was very polite and sympathetic to our situation as we were in from Houston to say goodbye to a relative who was dying. She did pass away during our stay there. It was comforting to know we didn't have to stress about our hotel stay. My parents have stayed here multiple times visiting family and we definitely will too.
