Family holiday
The house is clean, well equipped and a good size. Well positioned on the island. The house keepers were lovely and very helpful even giving us home made food when we arrived late in the evening on the first day!

Tolle Unterkunft, die keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Die Vermieter sind super und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen

Haus & Garten top, Service flop
Das Haus war wunderschön. Zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad. Überall Klimaanlage. Pool und Whirlpool vorhanden. Probleme bei der Zahlung. Anzahlung per Kredotkarte war in Ordnung. Restzahlung in Euro vor Ort. Uns wurde mehr verrechnet als ausgemacht war. Nach längerer Diskussion haben wir uns auf ca. die Hälfte der verlangten Mehrkosten mehr geeinigt. War nicht ok und nicht gerechtfertigt!

Dear Ms. Katharina Schwartz, I am very sorry that you were not 100% happy with our service, as our average guests review score is perfect. We are really putting special efforts in guest hospitality. Also, we are very sorry that you pointed at us for the issue of payment, as the fact is that you booked by FEWO-DIREKT service and they charged you their Service Gebühr. We have charged only what was our official stated price and cleaning fee service which is also stated on FEWO as an obligatory cost not included in the total price and to be paid on the spot. Once again I apologize and I am truthfully sorry for obviously misunderstanding and hope thet anyway you enjoyed your stay.
