Villa Cedar is a beautiful renovated stone house located in the peaceful village of Gostinjac on the island of Krk. The property is surrounded by a spacious 1,200 m² fully fenced plot, offering plenty of room to relax, spend time together and enjoy the outdoors. With its thoughtful layout and numerous outdoor areas, the villa is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable holiday in a private and peaceful setting.
One of the highlights of the villa is the large 36 m² swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with six sun loungers and parasols. Right next to the pool, there is also a separate guest house, offering an additional bedroom with a private bathroom. As it is completely separate from the main house, it provides an extra level of privacy and comfort and is ideal for a couple, family members or guests who appreciate having their own space. Thanks to this additional accommodation, Villa Cedar can now comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.
For enjoyable outdoor gatherings, guests can make use of the beautifully arranged outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, fireplace, sink and refrigerator. Next to it is a charming summer pavilion with a toilet, making it especially convenient to spend the whole day outdoors without having to return inside the main house. The shaded terrace directly next to the house features a large dining table for six and offers a lovely view of the pool.
The main house is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright open-plan living area combining a modern kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The comfortable living area features a sofa and SAT TV, while the dining area provides a pleasant space for enjoying meals together. There is also a guest toilet with a washing machine on the ground floor. The entire main house is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available.
The first floor features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds measuring 180 × 200 cm and a TV, while one of the bedrooms now also includes an additional single bed, providing greater flexibility for accommodating guests. Two bedrooms have direct access to a balcony with a small table and two chairs – a lovely spot for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and towels.
The outdoor area has been designed so that guests can spend most of their holiday enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. The spacious lawn is fully fenced, making the property suitable for families with children. Children can enjoy playing on the grass and in the playground, while adults can relax by the pool or enjoy pleasant meals and gatherings in the outdoor kitchen. Four parking spaces are also available on the property.
Villa Cedar combines the charm of a traditional stone house with modern comfort and plenty of private outdoor space. In nearby Šilo, around 5 km from the villa, you will find restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities.
