The exterior of the villa will impress you with its spaciousness and thoughtful design. In the 550 m² garden, you will find everything you need for carefree days outdoors. A shaded terrace features a large table for ten people, perfect for enjoying meals in good company. Next to it is a beautiful stone barbecue and a gas grill, ideal for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
The pool is the centerpiece of the garden, complemented by a sun terrace with loungers, perfect for unwinding on warm summer days. There are also two additional terraces: one for sunbathing, accessible via outdoor stairs, and a covered terrace, perfect for social evenings or simply enjoying the view. For added entertainment, a table tennis setup and a play area are available. The entire property is enclosed, ensuring privacy and safety.
