“This is a lovely setting for a rustic home. But there is nothing rustic about the interior details the hostess provided. No detail was left out and everything was labeled and thought of. She is definitely a 5 star hostess. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice.”

“Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple.”

“It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit. The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.”

“Everything was as expected; my only comment is - believe it or not: the soap! The soap dispenser on the MB bathroom sink did not work; the soap bottle in the shower was not very inviting to say the least. It had been in use for a long time, there was not much left in it and I could not bring myself to use it ...”
