“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo tipico motel dal look retrò, con un stile volutamente accentuato da colori vivaci e stampe vintage che lo rendono originale. Perfetto per chi apprezza il fascino un po’ nostalgico degli alloggi “old school”.
La camera era pulita, anche se va segnalato che l’acqua del lavandino e della doccia aveva un leggero odore di muffa.
Posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare Mesa Verde, raggiungibile in poco tempo.
La colazione inclusa è discreta molto semplice e con poca...

“Per (evidentemente) mio errore ho prenotato una stanza fumatori e non c'è stato modo di avere un cambio: detto ciò, la stanza puzzava in maniera assurda, nemmeno un tabagista potrebbe reggere un odore del genere. Il wifi non funzionava, non hanno saputo spiegare perché, ma banalmente la stanza non era coperta dalla rete. Niente asciugamani in zona piscina, in compenso capelli ovunque in giro per la stanza. Stanza dall'aspetto gradevole, ma senza spazio per aprire la valigia ed appendere 1/2 capi...

“Staff allowed us to check in early we appreciated that. Stayed as a family. Great access to Mesa Verde. Room was clean but bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. Kids loved the pool, hot tub always looked dirty. For the cost we would stay again. ”

“Recently remodeled rooms are a disaster. Caulk everywhere in bathtub. Screw holes, random unfinished pieces of metal sticking out. Paint on the cheap door. The elevator doesn’t go to the second floor. The lobby has a giant piece of plywood dividing it. Just an absolute mess.”

“We were under the impression that breakfast was to be served - when we asked about the details the hostess looked at us with surpise - Breakfast ?
The "Ranch" is placed quite a bit out of town - Mancos is a sweet town, we wanted to be within walking distance to the restaurant, cidery, brewery, galleries, taco trucks and coffee spots.
Ended up staying at the Mesa Verde Motel - great spot, super owners, great story, right in the middle of it all. The MVM is currently developing a small cafe...

“What a spectacular place! Gateway is the "gateway" to five different canyons. It is such a beautiful setting. And the resort is wonderful. My room was fanastic with lots of space inside, soaking tub separate from shower, and outdoor space with seating and a fire pit that was used every night and every morning. I didn't take advantage of all that's offered or available but the pools are amazing, had a wonderful pedicure, and a superb salt rub and massage. Ask for Brooke! The spa is quite pricey...
