“Wonderful hotel with great hospitality, caring staff and a fabulous ambiance. Only problem was we couldn’t get WiFi in our room but it wasn ’t a big issue as there were so many places to sit anyway. The food was delicious and catered well to our dietary needs. All the staff were very attentive and made sure we had a perfect stay. Highly recommend ”

“I booked this stay using hotels.com and got a confirmation number. When I had to call this particular property to let them know that I was running late and wanted to make sure that the room is still held by the time I went, the customer service automated response system asked for confirmation number. The number I got from hotels.com is different from what they expect and hence I had to send a person to make sure that the room is held.
This kind of an experience which disabled people to reach...

“Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent.
