“If you expecting 5 star kinda property treatment then your mistaken. The rooms are big and spacious, check in was fine, pool and fitness center was good. But they really need to improve their core hospatality skills. The staff is always poker face, the breakfast is below average, especially the bakery items are used for straight 8-10 days as you can see and feel its stale. “Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent.
