“What a wonderful surprise to arrive at the Ocean Promenade. Our room was a large one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and fresh furnishings. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could watch the tides go in and out. The room was extremely clean and daily service was excellent. The little coffee shop in the building offered great breakfasts and lunches at a reasonable price. Highly recommend”

“Owner was friendly and welcoming. I didn’t realize this unit had a shared bathroom, but it was no problem and very clean. The house was very quiet and I had a very good sleep. Had to leave early so can’t comment on breakfast.”

“Arrived during a power outage... the generator wasn't working.. so all guests were in the dark.. was told I couldnt check in.. waited an hour for the repair man to fix generator to no avail. Then when they finally allowed me to check in, because the internet was down so was the debit/credit machine for incedentals and pet fee.. i was then demanded to give them all the cash I had on hand or else I couldnt check in... not given a solution like here's your room you reserved months ago.. come to...
