“This was the second time we stayed here, hot tub still yellow. No towels in pool area. Front staff contradicting themselves.”

“AC doesn’t work. Even the second room they transferred me to had supposedly “working AC”but it only blew lukewarm air. Shower head needed to be replaced , banged up furniture…you get the picture. Seeing a pedestal fan in the room should’ve been a big hint. Sketchy parking area. Didn’t even bother to check their pool out due to the sketchy people staying there or loitering around the property. Only good part was its prime location. Close to freeway, dining options, gym, supermarket etc. I’ve...

“It is just so-so. I want to comment the WiFi connection is very bad, I talked to the staff and she said I don't know and looks like the guys don't have interest. I l]almost use my cell phone data. If you want to use laptop I don't want to recommend this hotel. If you have a chance to visit I hope this info is helpful to you.”

“Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Auch E-Autos können aufgeladen werden. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit PKW schnell erreichbar”

“First they assigned me a room that was not even clean yet. They switched me rooms after I called. The room I was assigned had hand prints all over the walls. And other mysterious stains on them. The floors were full of grime. There were holes on the roof from water damage. The workers were not at all customer service oriented. It seemed that it was bothersome that I chose their inn.”
