“AC doesn’t work. Even the second room they transferred me to had supposedly “working AC”but it only blew lukewarm air. Shower head needed to be replaced , banged up furniture…you get the picture. Seeing a pedestal fan in the room should’ve been a big hint. Sketchy parking area. Didn’t even bother to check their pool out due to the sketchy people staying there or loitering around the property. That being said, I hope this review helps management dial in on clear issues. Let’s stick with just the staff today, or lack thereof. I have never been to a hotel so low staffed, and you could tell on the conditions of the rooms, as well as the customer service received. These employees were done with everything....
