“The breakfast was delicious, offering something new each day for a hot breakfast. My only complaint was the mattress for the pullout bed was terrible, old and very worn. We were unable to use the pullout bed which we were planning on using! Overall it was a nice place to stay!”

“Stayed at Extended Stay America Suites – Fremont – Newark and had a very disappointing experience. The property looks nothing like the photos on Expedia, everything felt outdated, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The room furniture was worn out and torn, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained. Our first room had a window that wouldn’t close and thin shades that let in too much light, making it hard to sleep. We requested a room change but were asked to “adjust” multiple times....

“It was my first time here and I'm really happy with the stay. The suite was very clean with plenty of space. Good breakfast, too. The gym has a lot of cardio options, but the weights area is a bit cramped—fine for a light session, though.”

“There was a 20 dollar fee for parking, which in this area was ridiculous!! Then, we were not told there was a fee for breakfast and for 2 of us, AFTER EATING, we got a 60 DOLLAR BILL!!! FOR BREAKFAST!! The room was clean, that was the only plus. ”

“Soo disappointed. I made this reservation specifically for the jacuzzi and it has been closed for weeks apparently. The staff was not nice and the building is outdated. I could have used that money to stay in a cheaper place for the same quality. 👎”
