One of them mislead me on availability of parking. One day they had some form of jackhammer going next to my room and the receptionist did not even make an attempt to find out what it is. “I have been disappointed with my past several hotel stays at various other "luxury" properties (think Ritz Carlton, Bellagio, Aria). The properties/rooms werent properly upkept, and I was left feeling uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness. From the moment I walked into this property, I was impressed. “La reception, la zona relax, l'area ristoro tutto molto bello, peccato che la nostra camera era MOLTO MOLTO piccola, non c'era posto nemmeno per aprire i bagagli. Il letto era da parete a parete, attaccato alla finestra, si faceva veramente fatica, per una buona sistemazione bisogna prenotare camere sopra i 200 Euro a notte. La posizione dell hotel è ottima da un lato, verso la parte nuova della città, dall'altro lato..direi di no. Eviterei.”
