Hotel vicino a Donnell Lake - Vandalia

“La tranquilidad del lugar me gustó lo que no me gustó es que llegue y no había nadie en recepción estuve esperando más de 20 minutos a que me atendieran y el piso cerca del baño estaba suelto y lastimaba los pies”

“Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”

A little frustrating that the online check in prior to arrival stated check in was at 2pm, however, when we arrived at 2:30p, we were told we could not check in until 3p as there were no rooms clean. Very happy with the price. The staff was very friendly. Easy access on/off the toll road.”

“I booked a 1 bed with king...I am give 2 gween room...right away went and said something, desk tells me that's what Expedia booked for you..I showed my reservation and she said stat strange..but I can't do anything..you booked 3rd party..want Hilton points, I said I can't spend points or it won't make my bed correct...bad place...no parking and bring your laughter for breakfast..”

“I didn’t like the service that was provided! And do to inclement weather the staff never tried to compensate for 1 day of lost of power! Which made the stay very horrible! I’ve drove 8 1/2 hours away just to sleep in my vehicle!”

“The property and staff were great. The room had wonderful entities. Didn't get much sleep because they allow dogs, and the room across from us had a yippee barking dog at all hours”

“Only location was good. Hotel needs a lot of improvement, especially in training front desk staff (especially younger guy working morning shift for weekend). Who is welcoming someone while sitting and eating or saying a word when checking out? No help whatsoever when addressed that neither toaster nor waffle maker are not working. "It's not working!" Oh, really? Breakfast was terrible, literally no items and we had to leave at 6:30 am both days for a swim competition, so food could not be gone...
