“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

“Room looks nice and everything works well, so no complaints about that. However, the service is not what I expected. They don’t clean the room daily, and the staff told me I have to go to the office myself to pick up new towels and bedding if I want them changed, which is a bit inconvenient.”

“We went to the room around 10:30pm, got eeady for bed realize the Television did not work, we couldn't call downstairs because the phone was just a display not connected. My husband went downstairs to tell the attendant. He came up and couldn't fix it. He just said sorry and left. We stayed before in other hotels and never had as much issues like staying at La Quinta. Never again!!”
