“Perfect hotel for what we needed. And the breakfast surprisingly good!”

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

“The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.”

“Health hazard with walls $156 for a room with goop on the wall that look like blood, and hairs from three parts of a body on the sheets. The blanket had a big stain on it, the bedspread had cigarette Burns and the entire place smells like stalecigarette. The peep hole was just a hole in the door - not appropriate for solo travelers. Well we can correct that with technology”

“Please stop advertising that you have a pool. The pool looks like it has not been used in years, it’s broken down and being used as storage. The hotel itself is dirty and smells horrible (especially the first floor). The staff is rude and unhelpful. The room is basic nothing special the floor is filthy, the bedding is old, stained, ripped and rough. We had to go out to purchase new towels to use. The towels that are provided are dirty and stained. The bathroom was gross the toilet and tub were...

“The staff is top notch we ran into a problem with our TV they did everything they could to fix the problem but couldn't gave us a new room and helped us move our stuff to the new room. Will definitely stay there again”

“Property was undergoing construction. Fine. What’s not, is almost all amenities in the room we were in did not work. The bathroom door, the microwave, more than 1/2 the outlets, no WiFi connected to the tv, the latch lock busted off. In the halls and lobby There were broken outlet covers, holes in the walls. Just overall not a very pleasant stay. No discount or room change or room upgrade was offered. ”

“Room carpet was nasty, needs shampooing, microwave handle missing-had to use a spoon to pry it open! Utensils were jagged and not usable for eating. Toilet paper holder missing, pots/pans were nasty and unsafe to use, they need to be thrown out! I cleaned the room from top to bottom it was so dirty!!! All hotel doors are unsecured, missing smoke detectors on the second floor hallways, no supplies for paper towels or toilet paper, we were told there’s a target across the street! Not great and...

“It's hits the bare minimum. It does hv a fridge, microwave and kind of a stove ( looked more like a hot plate situation) bed was decent. Light bulbs burned out in 2 places, nothing in the way kitchenware - bring your own everything. No shampoo etc. 1 bar of hand soap. Floors in common areas ( laminate were dirty sticky, it was like that the night I arrived and in the am when I left- had not been mopped!!! A/C worked well”
