“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

“The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.”

“Room carpet was nasty, needs shampooing, microwave handle missing-had to use a spoon to pry it open! Utensils were jagged and not usable for eating. Toilet paper holder missing, pots/pans were nasty and unsafe to use, they need to be thrown out! I cleaned the room from top to bottom it was so dirty!!! All hotel doors are unsecured, missing smoke detectors on the second floor hallways, no supplies for paper towels or toilet paper, we were told there’s a target across the street! Not great and...

“My go to place to stay while in SLC. I didn't appreciate the doubling of my usual rate because it was a busy weekend in SLC.”

“The accommodation is convenient , clean, and modern. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Parking is easy and convenient ,and it's close to shopping ares and restaurant. ”

“I was unimpressed with the overall cleanliness. The furniture in the lobby was dirty/stained. I had to clean the bottom of the iron in the room before I could use it. I anticipated usb plugs in the rooms and there were none. The staff was friendly.”

“Kitchen was great. Breakfast was good! Only issue was I paid in full over 4 months ago for my stay but on my second day there I was charged a random $500 charge again on my card. The staff working when I noticed it was great and said he refunded it however there is no explanation as to why it happened. I am still waiting for the refund to process to my credit card.”

“Very tired facility ,problems on walls, in shower, smoke smell on every stairwell, noisy fan in bathroom perhaps ever , chemically bad smell in room , ”

“Small motel, low key, RM 18 (newly restored/make over) well thought out, very clean, gas log fireplace was a nice touch. Will stay here again.”

“Health hazard with walls $156 for a room with goop on the wall that look like blood, and hairs from three parts of a body on the sheets. The blanket had a big stain on it, the bedspread had cigarette Burns and the entire place smells like stalecigarette. The peep hole was just a hole in the door - not appropriate for solo travelers. Well we can correct that with technology”
