“Great hotel. Except being on the second floor I could hear everything above me. Walking, getting in and out of the bed, the tv, until 1am on a Sunday. Then again at 3am. If you stay here stay on the third floor.”

“My go to place to stay while in SLC. I didn't appreciate the doubling of my usual rate because it was a busy weekend in SLC.”

“Really like UGH - our son goes to UU and this is excellent location to be close to campus. I was disappointed I booked day of and didn’t get a better deal. Definitely over priced at $266/night. Can find much cheaper places in SLC but we were in a bind. Excellent breakfast! ”

“The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.”

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

“Kitchen was great. Breakfast was good! Only issue was I paid in full over 4 months ago for my stay but on my second day there I was charged a random $500 charge again on my card. The staff working when I noticed it was great and said he refunded it however there is no explanation as to why it happened. I am still waiting for the refund to process to my credit card.”

“The hotel is under renovations which was not mentioned in the description. Started working at 8am and it was loud. Once done it will be nice but defiantly a woe in progress.”
