The blanket had a big stain on it, the bedspread had cigarette Burns and the entire place smells like stalecigarette. The peep hole was just a hole in the door - not appropriate for solo travelers. “Please stop advertising that you have a pool. The pool looks like it has not been used in years, it’s broken down and being used as storage. The hotel itself is dirty and smells horrible (especially the first floor). The staff is rude and unhelpful. “Property was undergoing construction. Fine. What’s not, is almost all amenities in the room we were in did not work. The bathroom door, the microwave, more than 1/2 the outlets, no WiFi connected to the tv, the latch lock busted off. In the halls and lobby There were broken outlet covers, holes in the walls. Just overall not a very pleasant stay. No discount or room change or room upgrade was offered. ”

“Kitchen was great. Breakfast was good! Only issue was I paid in full over 4 months ago for my stay but on my second day there I was charged a random $500 charge again on my card. The staff working when I noticed it was great and said he refunded it however there is no explanation as to why it happened. I am still waiting for the refund to process to my credit card.”

“The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.”

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”
