“The pool was under renovation..staff said they had informed Expedia several times.. most of our stay was to enjoy pool we ended up leaving a day early”

“3/4 of the property was under construction without any notice so we got forced into a queen room instead of the kind we bought. They didn’t care nor offered anything as an apology”

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

“We love the location and have stayed many times, however, we were a bit disappointed in our stay this time. It took 1/2 hour to check in; apparently due to a new program? The hallway to our room was about 60 degrees and breakfast coffee didn’t have any flavored creamer options.”

“The room and hotel was filthy. The room was very spacious but looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. There was hair (we all know the kind I speak of) in the shower and on the shower toiletries. Dust everywhere….and unfortunately the staff was not very warm. Many of the staff had family and what I assume were significant others around while they were working. For instance went to the front to get some towels for the pool and was told I had to wait so she could help her brother. We were...

“My son and I arrived for our reservation just before midnight. When we walked into the lobby, there were several people talking and joking with two hotel staff members, and very clearly either markedly intoxicated or using drugs. For me, it was very unsettling and left me feeling unsafe. One individual with bloodshot eyes tried loudly to engage my son in conversation. “Clean room and breakfast was different than the standard breakfast.”

“Room was dirty. Some one else's eye lash cluster on the floor. Dirt and dead bugs laying round in corners. Coffee pot didnt have the tray to make coffee. Pillows awful. Breakfast staff id give 5 stars”
