Appartamento comprende; soggiorno, cucina, camera da letto, bagno completo, e una cabina armadio. Inoltre dispone di una terrazza privata sul retro si affaccia su un pascolo. Molto appartato 7 acri con cancello privato in una zona tranquilla. Vita di campagna ma a pochi minuti dalla città. Posizione comoda per; Southeast Alabama Medical Center, Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, Farley Centrale Nucleare, Michelin, e l'aeroporto di Dothan. L'appartamento è indipendente dalla casa principale che offre privacy. Gli animali domestici sono ammessi caso per caso per una tassa una tantum di $ 10 per animale da pagare all'arrivo.

I booked this just so I could pet the donkeys. I'm from the area and just needed a quiet place to get some computer work done. This spot was great. Check in was easy, I Love that it was gated and the donkeys were a huge plus they were so cute.

From the quick reservation, to the communication, the directions, and comfort, everything went smoothly. I do appreciate the directions to and onto the property. They were clear and I had no trouble navigating my arrival.The apartment was cozy and quite suitable for my teen and new puppy.I travel this way quite a bit and hope to stay here in the near future.The apartment is cozy

We are traveling with a very large dog so we were referred to this listing through Bring Fido. We are very familiar with Dothan and confirmed our booking. Very clear arrival instructions. Clean, comfortable and detailed property binder provided. This will be our go to booking for future trips.

This vrbo was located in an area which was tranquil yet close to town. Our great grandson visited us for a few hours and thoroughly enjoyed feeding the donkeys 6# of carrots. Little things that made us feel comfortable and welcoming were the little welcome sign (chalkboard) and the mints. All the amenities of home and more. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay again when in town.

We stayed here just one night on our way driving north for vacation. Very good communication with property manager, through both email and texting. We let them know we would be arriving a bit earlier and they were able to offer us early check-in. Directions were very detailed, we had no problems. The cottage was as described, and all ready for us. Plenty of fresh linens, dishes, paper goods, etc. Things were nice and neat, few notes on where to find things. Nice binder of info about property, instructions, etc. We did not have need of anything extra, nut no doubt the property manager would have helped if we did. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. We had our small dog with us, she lovedit there! Plenty of room inside and out to enjoy. We saw the donkeys, but didn't go over to them. Many people do enjoy them. We were pleased with our overall experience here and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying at Claire's Cottage. The area was so quiet and peaceful. The home had plenty of room for our family of four and dog, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Having an EV charger on the property was very convenient and our girls had a great time feeding the donkeys. Thanks for sharing your home!

My husband and I are full time missionaries of Guatemala. Found this cozy little cottage to stay at when we visited Dothan for our Daughter’s graduation from Troy. We enjoyed the remote location and the quiet atmosphere. This was our first VRBO and we love it way more than staying at hotels. Our Granddaughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys apples….Not to mention the princess water bottle in the refrigerator waiting on her was a huge bonus!!

Everything was great for my stay. They made sure I knew where the EV charger was and I charged my car for my trip the next day. Everything was comfortable and quiet which is exactly what I needed! I loved the animals-they were adorable and living their best life! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
