“This is one of the finest Hampton Suites we’ve stayed in! Property is pristine, people who work here are all very nice and helpful. We always try to stay at this one. Make sure you DON’T stay in the one in OZARK, it’s deplorable.”

“Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. After notifying housekeeping, we waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for about 20 minutes before being reassigned to another room.
During our stay, we experienced persistent noise issues—from the elevator, ice machine, and guests upstairs who seemed active throughout the night. This ultimately led us to check out...
