ApartHotel a Douala

“I had reservation there when I arrive they didn't even want to receive me I had to wait I made my payment online a month ago they even received that this was already paid transport the driver didn't want help me upload my items also I didn't even know where we were going he charges extra”

“It’s a brand new property and to get there the address is absolutely different from the location of the property . The customer service is horrible . Air condition did not work and no one was there to repair till the next day . We had electrify issues no one at the reception until 11 pm . It’s not a place I will recommend with that kind of customer service ”

“Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip.”
