“Great stay”

“Upon arrival you receive a welcome drink. You also get popcorn and a s’mores kit for the nightly movie they play on pool deck!”

“Very friendly staff. When we needed anything it was available. nice perk on Wednesday night of nachos & sandwiches. Comfortable ! Close to a lot of restaurants & shopping ,movie theatres & museums. Breakfast good . Housekeeping was excellent . My only issue was the grounds needed picked up & pool area needed updated & Weeded. Uncomfortable pool chairs couldn’t lay on stomach. For me it was a good area close to my family”

“The property was beautiful. The amenities; pool, sport court, exercise room, etc. were very nice. The breakfasts were very good and the service was exemplary. The room was spacious and very quiet. A great place to stay!”

“This was the most horrible experience I have ever had a hotel. The room next to mine (Room 129) suddenly became noisy at around 1:00 AM and continued to about 2:00 AM. Laughter, yelling, and noisy conversations was enough for me to go to the receptionist desk and complain. The person working the desk was asleep and I apparently woke him up. His eyes were bloodshot and in hindsight, possibly due to using drugs. I was told he would call the room, and I never heard a call. I only heard a knock but...

“Room was a bit small for four adults. The room only had three bath towels in it, though we reserved for four adults. Breakfast buffet was typical for Holiday Inn Express which means acceptable. Not gourmet, but tasty and filling. Quiet considering the location. Will stay again if we go back to the area and need a hotel.”

“The only thing I recommend is having family with children be a couple rooms away from single guests. Only because majority have work early in the morning or haven't had any rest all day and are looking forward for a peaceful night. All in all the place was really great, very beautiful and clean.”

“It smelled a lot like smoke even when it says it is 100% smoke free. I killed a roach right when I got there. There was rust in the shower. The sheets smelled like smoke ”

“I stayed for two days and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cafe employee was rude, which made us feel unwelcome. Housekeeping was also lacking, our towels and water were never replaced during our stay. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I hope management improves customer service and guest care. ”
