“The Apartment is old. But everything in Bisbee is old, so we knew that going in; so our expectations were tempered to begin with. The Apartment is generally clean and well stocked with lots of towels, kitchen utensils, clean bedding, and lots of coffee, ice, bottled water, etc., etc.The worst part of the rental is that there is no on-site parking. We could have tried to park close on the very, very narrow one-way street -- but we chose to temporarily block the street while un-loading and then...

“The apt itself was cute and just as listed. The communication regarding an issue was concerning. Around 1:30am we tried to stop the dripping in the shower by turning the shower knobs all the way off. Turns out the knobs were broke and we were completely unable to turn the shower off. I texted and called the host manager, but knew we probably wouldn’t hear back as it as 2am. Tried calling again at 7am. Nothing. Tried a few more times and voicemail. Called VRBO and was told they would get in...
