“we had a handicapped room there was no closet in the room!! there were no cups the floor was covered in dog or cat hair don’t know which! And I MEAN COVERED!! so was the dust ruffle around d the mattress! I Love my fur babies so the hair in itself wasn’t t a problem but not cleaning the room was absolutely sickening!!! Will never recommend this place. !”

“Breakfast was so-so. There was a lot of noise from other rooms (the walls & ceilings). The room was ok but we were moved to the first floor because THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER and there seemed to be no hurry to have someone come to repair it!! We were supposed to be on the third (top) floor which would have has less noise from the rooms above us but we didn't feel like climbing stairs with all of our luggage, or whenever we went in or out at our age (71)!!”

“The room was very humid despite all of our attempts to dry it out. There is no fan in the bathroom for humidity. The moisture made all metals corrode and it was just uncomfortable. Not good for asthmatics.”

“I guess you get what you pay for. I had two rooms so first room had stained linens on both beds employy did bring fresh ones then the ceiling leaked in the bathroom floor of the second room. I did tell desk employee and he left a note for maintenance. Didn't see any one from maintenance. I was on vacation not planning to sit in a room all day. But what finally did for me was when the toilet wouldn't flush and an employee handed me a plunger and said here you go. Really wish I could get my...
