“Expected more for the price. Hallway smelt like weed, bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, used a top sheet instead that wasn’t even tucked in underneath so shifted all night. Other than that it was a clean, decent sized room.”

“Check in was a little rough but the rest of the stay was very nice and the staff the next morning was awesome! Great breakfast too!”

“Check-in was easy. My room was so spacious and clean. The staff was kind enough to switch out my down pillows for hypoallergenic ones. The fireplace in the living room was a bonus. Parking was easy. It was super quiet. There was a full, well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.”

“What amenities? Bottle of water. As a Marriott Bonvoy elite level person you get nothing if you go through a third party. I get the “no points” but it doesn’t even show up in your account.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more of a continental style. Only thing that I could suggest is setting a maintenance schedule for the batteries in the room door locks. We had an issue with not being able to get in the room upon arrival but the staff was very helpful and apologetic. They also immediately moved us to another room when the room assigned smelled like someone had smoked in it. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating. Oh yeah, I recommend that automatic doors...

“This is a drug den and my husband found a tick in the bathroom. Don't stay here! I swear I'm not exaggerating. I don't leave reviews like this - ever! My son called me in the morning and said "well, thankfully we survived the night!" and was very serious (he's autistic and is very direct). There was poop smeared on the shower. This is bad.”

“This hotel should be closed. I booked five rooms.From the moment we arrived, the staff made the place feel uncomfortable. The rooms were dirty — see the photos. In one room a fire alarm was left on a dresser; if a fire had started we might not have known. The showerhead was disgusting, the towels were stained, the walls were filthy, and there was trash under a chair. The manager’s office was cluttered with boxes and presented a serious fire hazard. The laundry room was a mess. I don’t understand...

“I did not end up staying at this property. I made the reservation and, within about 10 minutes, requested a cancellation after seeing the location in person, but my request was denied. Upon arrival, I did not feel safe. The parking area appeared unsecured, and the overall environment raised concerns. There were multiple individuals outside engaged in activities that made the setting uncomfortable. I briefly entered the room and noticed an unpleasant odor, which further reinforced my decision not...

“It was cost effective but..... cleanliness was a major concern. Chairs in room were stained, comforter was soiled, questioned if fresh sheets were used, pillows need replacement, bathroom needed upkeep. For a non smoking room, air freshener would help. Hallways were too dark in daylight.”
