Cottage is cozy and clean Yard space is great .Would have given five stars except for the fact that the listing states a hot tub/spa which does not exist on the property./and we were asked to strip linens and put them and towels in washer before leaving when we had already paid a cleaning fee? Not sure how to feel about that .Never been asked to do this at a Vrbo. Overall the stay comfortable and enjoyable .”

“The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers.”

“Great location just a short walk to the beach. The house had lots of fun games, cards, books, kitchen items, and a very peaceful vibe. Perfect for our group of 6. Sheets, towels, and beach chairs made it very convenient. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. Look for dolphins on the beach and a grey fox in the neighborhood. We had not been to Broadkill Beach before and really enjoyed the natural, laid back atmosphere. We did not want to leave.”

“Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. Plus, one of the twins was missing the top mini mattress. The view is mostly of the neighborhood street, nearby homes and their roofs and a small...

“The house was perfect for us, tucked just behind the dunes so it was plenty private, but so close to a quiet stretch of beach that it was easy to just wander out for a walk before (and after) breakfast. The house itself is really nicely put together - cozy, clean, and well appointed with lots of convenient little touches. We would absolutely stay again!”

“The cottage is absolutely amazing in a quiet location. It was perfect for my family and everything was well organized and easily located. Nannette was very accommodating and made sure the trip went smoothly. We will definitely be returning to this cottage.”

“My husband, son and myself stayed for 7 nights. Walk in shower lower level worked great. Theres also a full bath upstairs. Location was quiet, but not too far from food stores and restaurants.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at seaside. Great for the dogs to run on the beach. Close enough to everything but not too close. Lots of great food and fun in downtown Milton. Highly recommend if you’re looking for vintage North East beach vibes.”

“I stayed for a week mid-May just before the summer season really kicked in. I worked part-days and the 5G wifi was strong. Brought my dog and we enjoyed walking 30 seconds to the beach! I like being removed from busier beaches but was a quick drive to Lewes for restaurants. Thank you!”

“This adorable and nicely decorated cottage has just about everything you need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view of the bay. Robin was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our questions. It’s nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available. We forgot to bring insect repellent and had to leave the beach early one day because of biting insects. Other than that we had a great time!”

“This little cottage home was absolutely perfect. The location is amazing. So easy to get to the beach and to walk to many places in Dewey. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The host, Nancy, was also fantastic. She is easy to get ahold of and super accommodating and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And we would definitely stay there again.”

“Excellent location within walking distance of the mall/stores in Cape May and right on the beach. The layout of the rooms is great for larger families or multiple families travelling together since there are separate bedrooms, multiple baths and a full kitchen. Friendly and accommodating staff. Superior beds and linens. They make you feel special. We stay here often and will continue to do so.”

It was just enough space + glad to have use of a washer + dryer after having a 3 +:4 year old out + about seeing the sites at the lighthouse, diamond beach + Wildwood boardwalk. We were visiting to attend the Coast Guard Festival on Saturday + had a fun time there all afternoon despite the rain showers...cute cottage in a quiet location - until the 3 + 4 year old arrived..”
