“Clean room, great location ”

“When I first checked in I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied, when I finally got the right room key I walked in to my room and was hit with a wave of heat. Went into the bathroom and there were dirty wash clothes on shower curtain rod. Breakfast was disorganized and not stocked well. Had to wait for forever for eggs to be brought out. The trash was over flowing and not checked. Dishes ran out constantly. There was no remote in my room when I checked in and had to go down...

“Soggiorno perfetto. Grande parcheggio, stanza grande e letto comodo. Bagno come tutti gli hotel americani di questo genere. Forse la colazione non è all'altezza degli altri servizi ma il responsabile è così gentile che ti fa dimenticare qualche mancanza (specie sulla parte dolce che comunque ai locali non interessa molto).”

“Personale gentile e veloce. Camera in media degli standard americani (grande, letto ampio e comodo, bollitore ecc). Durante il mio soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione ed ampliamento che chiaramente hanno influito sulla valutazione in quanto era presente un po' di polvere e attrezzature nei corridoi. (Ma la camera era perfettamente pulita).”

“Upon arrival the gentleman at the front was very kind and accommodating. It was a nice room very clean My only complaint is the night desk lady who gave my boyfriend her phone number to hang out together. Kinda disrespectful but other then that very comfy!! Thank you ”

“They have roaches, the room wasn't clean before it was given to us. There were dirty wet towels and rags in the bath tub. Had ashes in the cabinets even though we asked for non-smoking. There was also no smoke detector in the room. Most power outlets were loose so plugs kept falling out. No breakfast even though it claimed to have free breakfast. ”

“The indoor pool was not heated it was super freezing and the TV you can't stream on or use wifi you can't buy movies only watch a few basic channels. ”
