“The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future.”

However there are no amenities no pool no hot tub I could have stayed elsewhere for same price with amenities pool would have been great with this hot summer. Or at least not charge same fee as having amenities. I was very disappointed”

“Ho soggiornato in questa struttura una sola notte di rientro dall'outlet North Georgia Premium Outlet ( da cui dista circa 45 minuti) in direzione Chattanooga. Struttura semplice e confortevole. Check in rapido, camera spaziosa come il bagno. Di fronte è presente un Walmart per ogni necessità. Un po' isolato ma con wi fi in camera e parcheggio gratuito. Da consigliare se di passaggio e per chi è senza pretese.”

“The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. The breakfast was wonderful. Sausage, or bacon? Bacon cereals and waffles waffles and the and yogurt and all kinds of kinds of food. The place was great. The people were great. The one thing I have to tell everyone if you want a room with a view, do not take room 215!!!!”

“Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around!”

“The lady who was the hostess was excellent she was American! However the air conditioner so loud kept me from sleeping well and the shower was difficult to use!”

“The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked ”

“Friendly family owned run business. Rooms smelled musty. Continental breakfast was minimal but adequate. Pool inoperable. Good for an overnight stay buy not longer.”

“Staff helpful! They do not have laundry service at this location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and train. The property was pretty clean but did allow pets so there was a good bit of dog hair especially in the elevator - if you have allergies this might be an issue. They were understaffed so I will give them a little grace and thanks to the staff that did come to work.”

“Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. “Hidden gem! Property was so clean and well decorated. Linens were clean and bed comfortable. Highly recommend. ”

“It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.”

“The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!”
