“We stayed for four nights at the Residence Inn while visiting our son. It was a great experience and we would stay there again.
The hotel is right on the water and situated so you can enjoy walking while sightseeing as well as go to restaurants and shopping in the downtown area. Being on the edge of "downtown" also ensures a quite and very safe location.

The balcony chairs were filthy and there were two of us booked and only one chair in the room. “We enjoyed the coffee and tea that was available 24-7. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the back porch. The grounds of the house are very pleasant. “Lovely property and setting. Very welcoming host. Very nice breakfast.
Only shotfalls were very minor - things that may not have been considered unless one had actually stayed in the rooms. E,g. Over sink in bathroom a small (maybe glass) shelf under mirror to place toothbrushes, paste, makeup, deodorant type things would have been appreciated. A cup holder and glass, for those of us who take meds.
Also, we who read to go to sleep at night would be grateful for a headboard and a small night...
